Ingredients

• 1 large pineapple, peeled

• 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger

• 1 lemon peeled

Directions

1. Run pineapple, ginger, and lemon through a high-speed juicer (or squeeze lemon directly into juice) Pour juice into a juice jars for daily use or in a glass, stir, and enjoy immediately.
