These food preps have been saving me lots of time and stress especially with weekend wake ups and when RJ wakes up early during the week.
He loves overnight oats and that he can grab it himself and eat. With his allergies most of his food have to be prepared and every new shortcut or convenient option is a plus. Same it’s the salads. He grabs one of his small mason jars, add his dressing and go. The process took about 30 mins total!
Salad Jars 🥬
- Lettuce, green & red cabbage, tomatoes, shredded carrots & broccoli.
Overnight Oat Jars 🌾
*Rolled Oats, honey, chia seeds, milk (milk substitutes) cinnamon.
Smoothie Prep Cups
- Kale, mango & spinach

I really can’t tell you how much time this saves and how I’m happy that I started to prep. The prep may take 30-45 minutes based on what I’m prepping but saves me the chaos and stress during the week. The same goes for stocking the fridge and freezer because it’s always … Mom, we’re out of something and nobody can find anything even though I have the pantry and storage labeled.. lol..
